The GE30ES-2RS is a high-performance sealed radial spherical plain bearing, upgraded from the standard GE30ES model. Equipped with a built-in PTFE self-lubricating liner and dual-sided 2RS rubber seals, it supports multi-directional swinging and tilting motions. This bearing can automatically compensate assembly misalignment and shaft deflection under radial loads, delivering flexible, stable and error-adaptive operation for mechanical linkage systems.

Fitted with integrated double-sided nitrile rubber seals, the bearing forms a fully enclosed protective structure. It effectively blocks dust, mud, splashing water and metal debris, completely isolating internal friction surfaces from external contamination. This superior sealing performance enables reliable operation in outdoor, dusty, humid and other harsh working scenarios, greatly extending the bearing's service life.

A high-wear-resistance PTFE composite liner is tightly bonded to the inner wall of the outer ring. Featuring an ultra-low friction coefficient, it ensures smooth, jitter-free swinging movement with no need for regular grease refilling throughout the entire service cycle. This maintenance-free design significantly reduces manual maintenance costs and avoids equipment downtime caused by lubrication failures.

Both inner and outer rings are manufactured from high-carbon alloy steel with overall quenching heat treatment.
