High temperature deep groove ball bearings are designed based on standard single-row deep groove ball bearings, with an optimized structure to ensure reliable performance under extreme temperature conditions. Their overall geometry is similar to standard bearings, but internal components and clearances are specifically adapted for high-temperature operation.
These bearings are not designed with filling slots, allowing them to withstand moderate radial loads as well as axial loads in both directions. By incorporating extra-large internal clearance and a special high-temperature cage, they effectively prevent seizure caused by rapid heating or cooling cycles.
